How does the 14-day free trial work?
Enter your card to start — you won’t be charged for 14 days. During the trial you get full access to your selected plan. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you’ll pay nothing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. During that window you can export everything — conversations, life maps, storyboards, and media. After 30 days your data is permanently deleted.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and get immediate access to higher-tier features. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
What’s the difference between the voice options?
Keepsake uses Piper TTS (functional, robotic). Heritage upgrades to Google Cloud TTS (natural, warm). Legacy uses ElevenLabs (near-human, the most lifelike voice available).
What is Digital Presence?
Digital Presence (Legacy plan) builds a personality model from your loved one’s conversations over time — their humor, values, speech patterns, and stories. Family members can interact with this presence for generations.
